• If it is necessary to pull your unit for shop repair, the Total Labor will equal the Pull/Return fee  + Shop Labor + Parts & Tax.

• If it is necessary to reschedule for either parts orders 
  or for the crew to pickup your unit, we will need to collect a $50.00 deposit.  This will be credited to the final repair.

Definitions:

In-Home-Service-Labor is the labor charge for a
technician to go to customers home and try to
repair in home. 

Pull-N-Return-Fee is for a technician or crew to go to customers home, pull and return unit, or part of unit.  

Trip-Charge-Only (exam fee) is for a technician to go to customers home and do a quick exam.
